Restricted Spells of the Guild of Domains

Based on the idea that spells that cause harm are, well, wrong, the following spells are restricted to guild members. Note, these spells are not forbidden. They are restricted from use on a normal basis. Only in extreme and special circumstances should they be cast. Once again, that is subject to a ruling by the council. Don't break the rules! They are the principles upon wich this guild is founded, and even if they are broken to defend the guild, what would that be worth if the guild would no longer be what it stands for?

Here are the spells:

Clumsy, Feeblemind, Magic Arrow, Weaken, Harm, Magic Trap, Fireball, Poison, Curse, Lightning, Mana Drain, Blade Spirits, Mind Blast, Paralyze, Poison Field, Energy Bolt, Explosion, Mass Curse, Paralyze Field, Flamestrike, Mana Vampire, Meteor Swarm, Polymorph, Earthquake, Energy Vortex
The following restrictions apply: The spells that act upon another individual may only be cast with the individuals premission. Yes, that means there are no attacks on an individual by way of spell casting. In the case that a spell was cast upon you, and you have knowledge of a spell to strike back, you may take such an attack to imply premission.
